Monica has more than ten years of experience working in the fields of social empowerment and girls' education. She has expertise in community mobilization, human relations, leading and organizing trainings and educational initiatives, and facilitating. Monica has a BA in Adult and Community Education from Makerere University and an MA in Education, Gender, and International Development from the University College of London. She holds the titles of African Visionary Fellow, Cordes Fellow, Perennial Fellow, and Obama Africa Leader Fellow.
